Yes. Every piece is hand-woven by artisans in Guangxi, China. Each item takes 8-12 hours to finish. Slight texture variations are natural features of handcraft, not defects.
How should I clean and maintain my woven bamboo & rattan product?
Wipe with soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak in water, avoid long-term direct sunlight to prevent fading and brittleness.
Is this item suitable for outdoor use?
Suitable for covered patio / shaded outdoor space. Prolonged rain and direct sun will shorten service life, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor environments.

Made of 100% natural bamboo and rattan, sourced from FSC-certified sustainable forests in Guangxi.

Yes. Hospitality-grade items are reinforced at the rim, base and handle joints for daily handling in hotels, restaurants, cafés and spas.
What is the minimum order quantity for hospitality orders?
Standard hospitality MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style. Lower trial quantities can be discussed through our trade team.
Can sizes, finishes or branding be customised?
Yes. Dimensions, weave density, natural or tinted finishes and woven or tagged branding can be adapted for your project.
What is the typical lead time for a venue order?
Around 25-40 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and weaving complexity. Repeat orders are usually faster.
How should staff clean and maintain these pieces?
Dry-dust regularly, wipe with a lightly damp cloth, and let the piece air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid soaking or harsh detergents.
Can we request replacement units for a long-running installation?
Yes. We keep weave patterns and material specs on file so re-orders match your original installation.
