Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register a trade account to get wholesale price?+
No mandatory registration. Submit the RFQ form with your company information, and we will send you a trade quotation accordingly.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?+
Standard retail wholesale starts at MOQ 10 units per item. Custom, OEM or hotel-logo projects start at MOQ 50 units per single item.
Can I mix different items to reach MOQ?+
For stock wholesale, mixing SKUs to meet MOQ is negotiable. Custom-logo orders require the MOQ per single item.
What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders?+
Bulk orders are shipped by sea freight or air freight. We can work with your forwarder or arrange freight for you.
Can you develop brand-new custom-designed woven products for us?+
Yes. Send sketches, reference photos and specifications. New-item development has a separate MOQ requirement.
What currency is used for wholesale invoices?+
Wholesale quotations are in USD. We support Stripe and bank transfer for bulk orders.
What about damaged goods for large bulk shipments?+
We apply reinforced export-grade packaging. For transit-damaged goods, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the cargo so we can arrange a solution.
Do you ship wholesale orders to the EU with a DDP duty-paid option?+
DDP service can be arranged for qualified bulk orders; please note this adds extra cost. Mention your requirement inside the RFQ message.
Is there a warranty for hotel commercial-use woven goods?+
Natural woven products are consumable decorative goods, so there is no long-term warranty. We strictly control craftsmanship quality before shipment.
How long does production take for a bulk hotel order?+
In-stock items ship within 3–5 working days. Regular custom orders take 15–25 working days. Large hotel and project bulk orders take 30–45 working days.
Can I add my hotel logo to bamboo trays and baskets?+
Yes. We offer logo heat embossing, stamping and engraved plaques, plus custom colour finishing. Logo customisation starts from 50 pieces per design.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Sample orders let you check material quality, texture and craftsmanship before bulk purchase. Verified trade buyers can also request one complimentary artisan sample, shipping paid by the buyer.
