Where are your products made?

Every piece is handwoven in Guangxi, China — home to the Bobai woven-goods trade city and generations of rattan and bamboo artisans. Each product page names the artisan household behind the piece.

Are the materials really natural?

Yes. We use rattan, bamboo, seagrass, willow, teak and rope — no plastic weave. Because items are handmade from natural fiber, slight variations in tone and weave are normal and part of the character.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Guangxi within 2–4 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination. Every order includes end-to-end tracking — follow it on our tracking page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — US orders over $50 ship free. Shipping rates for other regions are calculated at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We have a breakage-free promise: photograph the damage within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund — your choice, no return shipping needed.

Can I return an item?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because each piece is handmade, we ask that you contact us first so we can arrange the simplest route.

Do you offer wholesale or custom work?

How do I care for rattan and seagrass?

Accepted Answer

Dust with a dry cloth or soft brush. Keep woven pieces out of standing water and prolonged direct sun. For outdoor teak and rope pieces, an occasional rinse and air-dry is enough.
