Yes. Every piece is hand-woven by artisans in Guangxi, China. Each item takes 8-12 hours to finish. Slight texture variations are natural features of handcraft, not defects.

How should I clean and maintain my woven bamboo & rattan product?

Wipe with soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak in water, avoid long-term direct sunlight to prevent fading and brittleness.

Is this item suitable for outdoor use?

Suitable for covered patio / shaded outdoor space. Prolonged rain and direct sun will shorten service life, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor environments.

Made of 100% natural bamboo and rattan, sourced from FSC-certified sustainable forests in Guangxi.

What is your return & damage policy?

We offer replacement for transit-damaged goods. Please send photos within 7 days upon receipt. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
