Reference terms for wholesale, OEM and hospitality orders. Final terms are confirmed in your written quotation.
Minimum order quantity
- Wholesale small decor: MOQ 10 units per item.
- OEM and private-label development: MOQ 50 units per item.
- Custom hospitality projects: quoted per brief.
Pricing tiers
- Volume tier pricing applies per item and is confirmed in your written quotation.
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Sampling
- Stock samples ship from existing inventory.
- Custom samples are quoted separately; sample cost can be credited against a confirmed bulk order.
Lead time
- Stock items typically ship within a few business days of payment.
- Bulk and custom production lead time is confirmed at order confirmation and depends on quantity and finishing.
Payment
- Card payment via Stripe for smaller trade orders; bank transfer for bulk orders.
- Bulk production orders normally run on deposit at order confirmation and balance before shipment.
Shipping & documents
- Express, air and sea freight available; incoterms confirmed per order.
- Procurement documents are available on the certifications page.
Quality & claims
- Every piece is handwoven, so slight variation in tone, weave and dimension is normal and not a defect.
- Report transit damage or quality issues with photos within 14 days of delivery.
