Are these bamboo / rattan pieces truly hand-made?
Yes. Every piece is hand-woven by artisans in Guangxi, China. Each item takes 8-12 hours to finish. Slight texture variations are natural features of handcraft, not defects.
How should I clean and maintain my woven bamboo & rattan product?
Wipe with soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak in water, avoid long-term direct sunlight to prevent fading and brittleness.
Is this item suitable for outdoor use?
Suitable for covered patio / shaded outdoor space. Prolonged rain and direct sun will shorten service life, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor environments.

Made of 100% natural bamboo and rattan, sourced from FSC-certified sustainable forests in Guangxi.

Yes. Each piece is hand-woven by artisan households in Guangxi, China, so small variations in tone and weave are normal and expected.

Dust regularly with a dry brush or cloth, wipe with a lightly damp cloth when needed, and let it air-dry away from radiators and direct sun.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces usually ship within 3-5 business days, with standard delivery following after dispatch.

Yes. Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within the stated returns window — just contact the studio first.
